Netlog’s operations team is strategically positioned at Metro Market’s distribution centers in Istanbul, Antalya, and Izmir. The team conducts comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly shipment analyses, overseeing the management of Netlog’s dedicated fleet for Metro and contracted fleet suppliers. In addition to coordinating the daily deliveries to Metro Markets nationwide, Netlog also manages the distribution services for Metro’s HORECA deliveries, where Metro stores serve as fulfillment centers. To facilitate this, Netlog operates a large fleet of smaller micro-distribution vehicles designed specifically for this purpose.

Metro Market operates 39 stores across 30 cities in Turkey, with store sizes ranging from 4,000 to 12,000 m². All products sold in these stores are supplied from Metro's central distribution warehouses located in Istanbul, Antalya, and Izmir. During peak sales periods, there is a significant risk of stock shortages in the stores, which can lead to lost sales. To prevent this, Metro requires a robust and reliable distribution network to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
