Some of the Advantages We Provide
Netlog Facts
We operate 58 dedicated warehouses for e-commerce and multi-channel distribution operations.
Through our warehouses in Turkey, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates, we efficiently and cost-effectively deliver your products to 3 billion people.
During the 2023 Black Friday season, we successfully picked, packed, and shipped over 15 million products from our warehouses in a period of 3 days.
In 2023, we processed over 450 million e-commerce orders.
Our bespoke logistics solution is designed to help the brand respond even faster to the needs of a rapidly changing market. Our European distribution center (DC) in Enschede, in the east of the Netherlands, is strategically located to serve key European markets. And thanks to our Local Hero fulfillment partners, we can offer optimized last-mile distribution across Europe to ensure satisfied customers in all the markets we serve.
Our advanced warehouse management system (WMS) integrates seamlessly with the brand’s IT infrastructure, enabling optimized order processing and streamlined delivery. We are also responsible for transporting returned goods from all sales channels back to the Enschede DC, where we sort and process all returns.
We also offer a wide range of value-added services tailored to the needs of a premium fashion label, such as customized packaging, labeling, and pricing. In addition, our Repair Atelier renewal pilot is helping the brand integrate circular models into its operations by giving a second life to garments damaged during transit and storage.

4
Circular Solutions
We worked with Karl Lagerfeld to develop the Repair Atelier pilot project, setting up a dedicated repair station in our Enschede DC to give a second chance to damaged clothing. This initiative is part of the brand’s KARL CARES sustainability strategy.
5
Returns Management
Bleckmann manages the entire returns process for Karl Lagerfeld to streamline the customer experience. Returned items are expertly inspected, sorted, and returned to stock, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
With over 200 mono-brand stores worldwide and sales growing steadily across Europe, Karl Lagerfeld was looking for an experienced omnichannel logistics partner with a deep understanding of the fashion industry. The mission? To deliver exceptional service at scale to customers in 45 countries across e-commerce and physical retail channels.
