To meet Doğuş Oto's need for fast delivery of spare parts across the country within 36 hours, Netlog re-engineered a dedicated distribution network tailored to the customer’s requirements. The Netlog team, stationed at Doğuş Oto’s spare parts warehouse, takes full responsibility for managing the entire process, ensuring prompt delivery of parts from a centralised warehouse to the relevant service locations as needed. Spare parts are organised and dispatched based on optimised distribution routes across Turkey and are swiftly transported to service points using a dedicated fleet, custom-designed by Netlog for Doğuş Oto. Additionally, Netlog efficiently manages the return process for parts sent back by dealers.
