From the moment Netlog and Amazon began working together, they continuously developed new projects. Amazon’s high standards for quality and its expectation for rapid action, combined with Netlog’s ability to meet these demands effectively and promptly, allowed the partnership to expand to managing six warehouses across three countries in just two years.

Netlog manages critical consolidation warehouses for Amazon. These warehouses serve as key logistical hubs where products are consolidated and stored before being sent to Amazon's high-tech, self-managed fulfillment centers. In addition to this, Netlog also provides e-fulfillment services for Amazon in regions where Amazon services are recently launched. These Netlog e-fulfillment centers are fully aligned with Amazon’s standards, integrated into Amazon’s systems, and operated under the supervision of Amazon team. Netlog successfully manages all operational processes within these facilities.

Amazon’s rapid growth has outpaced its ability to rely solely on internal resources. Despite being one of the largest logistics companies in the world, Amazon seeks the support of third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance operational flexibility, implement agile solutions, and maintain its competitive edge. By partnering with reliable logistics providers, Amazon is able to efficiently manage seasonal demand spikes, quickly enter new markets, and scale its operational infrastructure. However, this required more than just any logistics company. It demanded a partner capable of meeting Amazon’s standards for speed, reliability, and scalability.
